Linda Bjork

As the Founder of Mindfulness Intelligence® (MQ), she is globally recognized for her pioneering approach to leadership development, blending scientific rigor with transformative practices that unlock human potential.
A sought-after speaker and author, Linda is passionate about guiding leaders to excel in complexity, build resilience, and create high-performing teams. Her engaging presence on company and conference stages worldwide has inspired countless professionals to embrace their fullest potential.
From 2004 to 2014, Linda served as CEO of a creative agency with offices in NYC and Stockholm, earning international accolades, including Agency of the Year 2009.
