MQ® Master Courses
For those who wish to become deeper masters in profound and fascinating areas relating to leadership, the MQ® Master Courses will take you there. The courses are designed so that you can master the topic yourself and also be able to teach the topic where applicable in your life and work.
These courses run one quarter (3 months) each, with 10 live sessions via zoom, 90 min each. Please note that if you are taking your MQ® Leader of Leaders certification, the 4th module in MQLL can be exchanged for any of the MQ® Master Courses.
These courses can all be taken independently and in addition to other MQ® programs.

Personal Depth & Spiritual Growth
Enneagram & Wisdom Principles
Learn & Teach: Take a journey through wisdom traditions and spiritual practices that will enhance your life experience in every way. We will explore several religious, spiritual and native wisdom traditions, coupled with more modern methods for personal growth. As you find deeper truths about yourself and the world, your role as a coach or leader will be a lot clearer.
The Enneagram is the oldest system for understanding human behavior, inner struggles and how to reach the right kind of success for different types of individuals. As an Interfaith/Interspiritual Minister, Linda has been studying and teaching the Enneagram in the authentic way it was always intended: to know our soul's journeys. There are few systems that has helped Linda's effectiveness as a coach or business person as much as the unique findings of the Enneagram. Linda will share her unique perspective and how it relates to showing up as a conscious impact maker in business.

Consciousness Mastery
Spiral Dynamics & Consciousness Mapping
Learn & Teach: Understanding what consciousness is, how it relates to each individual and how groups form based on consciousness markers is vital for being an impact maker in the world.
In this MQ® Master Course, we will explore what only a tiny percentage of coaches and leaders know: Spiral Dynamics and Consciousness Mapping. We will learn how to practically apply these tools as we assess people and cultures, how we communicate and lead. We also need to know where our efforts are well spent, and where they are completely wasted.
Linda has been taught consciousness evolution from some of the foremost thinkers in the world and continuously join leading-edge conversations about consciousness amongst other Evolutionary Leaders.

Linda Bjork
Linda Bjork leads the Inner Business Institute, is the Founder of Mindfulness Intelligence® and the Author of the popular leadership book “Inner Business - Training Your Mind for Leadership Success.” She also leads professionals all over the globe to their highest leadership potential.
With innovative tools of emotional connections in branding, the agency she led for 10 years (2004-2014) grew exponentially, serving several global clients out of Stockholm, Sweden and New York City. Linda won numerous awards while leading the agency, among them Agency of The Year 2009 in Sweden.
In addition to her engineering, design and business background, Linda Bjork is a Certified MBSR Leader, a Certified Success Coach, an elected Evolutionary Leader and an Ordained Interfaith/Interspiritual Minister.

Linda was elected an Evolutionary Leader in 2022, humbly joining the ranks of Deepak Chopra (pictured), Jude Currivan, Michael Bernard Beckwith, Gary Zukav, Jean Houston, Bruce Lipton and Gregg Braden, to name a few.
In the various gatherings, summits and meetings with other members of the Evolutionary Leaders, Linda gets to discuss deep and important topics with some of the best thought-leaders in the world. The Power of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is one of several foundational stones for Mindfulness Intelligence®. Linda has had the pleasure of conversing with the birth-father of MBSR and Best-selling Author, Jon Kabat Zinn, on multiple occasions.
Although Linda has personally kept with a daily Transcendental Meditation (TM) practice since 1996, MBSR has proven to be one of the most digestible and effective meditation techniques to teach people in business. Add to that the deeper teachings of mindfulness from Buddhism and meditative techniques from Christian mysticism and Sufism, coupled with more than 6,000 scientific and academic research papers on the effects of meditation, and you will have a solid and sacred foundation from which to teach presence and stillness.

If you have ever wished that the world of politics was less polarized and more focused on doing the right thing for the people and the world, you might want to consider becoming a trainer of minds and hearts for politicians.
Spiritual teacher, former Presidential nomination candidate and Best-selling Author Marianne Williamson, pictured here with Linda Bjork, has found different outlets to impact conscious change in the world. As a sister student of A Course In Miracles, Marianne introduced millions of people to its teachings through her book A Return To Love.
Congressman Tim Ryan (D) Ohio is one of several politicians who have made significant efforts to bring a higher level of consciousness and stress management to politics. He authored the book A Mindful Nation.
